Chill Sessions are free, inclusive relaxation spaces where students can take a break from their daily lives, de-stress, meet new friends, and engage in student peer-to-peer support. Chill Sessions include relaxation activities such as arts, mandala making, music, games, group discussions, and more. Drop by for some relaxation with a cup of tea, snacks, and new friends!

Audience: The sessions are open to all Ryerson community members
Dates: Weekly sessions on Tuesdays 4-7pm in SLC 527 & Thursdays 11am-2pm in SLC 522 (See Calendar for location or check out our facebook for exclusive event details)
